Return and Refund Policy

At Mateo we are only concerned about the user experience of our customers. However in the groceries, no return is there but we are offering a seven day return policy only if the product is not opened and damaged.

We always try to give out the best and quality products but we understand if you do not want to keep the products. Then we will ask you the reason of returning the product you purchased and then we will process the refund only when we will get and check the product is exact same what we delivered. 

  • As soon as we receive the product, we will process your refund. 
  • After receiving the product and quality checked, the refund process will begin.
  • We will give you a 100% return through the same payment mode except for the cash on delivery.
  • If you paid through debit and credit cards then we will transfer the refunded amount in 10 working days.
  • If you used COD, a 100% refund will be given in your bank accounts. 
  • In case, the received product did not complete its quality check then it will be sent back to you.
